Perhaps the cats have it right.
They take little naps throughout the day and night as they see fit. The plus side of this is they don't need a 7-8 hour chunk to just sleep. I somehow think I could get a lot more done if life was lived this way.
On the other hand, my cats don't seem to accomplish very much in the average day.
