I keep waiting for the punch line.
For almost a week now Pirates have had a captain of an American boat held captive in a lifeboat. They know where they are and what they may plan to do. They can see them from planes. And yet we sit at stalemate.
It makes me wonder what kind of boat this "life boat" is. Is it a blow up raft? A row boat? Why did they take the captain? The captain's crew had over powered the pirates. Pirates with automatic weapons no less.
The last time an American ship was captured by Pirates was 1809.
