Upload to UB without windows or knowing ftp

So if you want to post to the school site, but don't have windows and/or don't know how to use FTP go here http://www.thesitewizard.com/gettingstarted/howtoupload.shtml About half way down the page it explains what to do if you don't know how to use FTP

Also if you go to filezilla you can get ftp for the mac. It works on all platforms (windows, mac, lunix, etc.)
