Besides the one site I posted earlier this week (and what a quick look at other classmate's blogs tells me everyone else has found as well) I can't seem to find anything interesting being done with the Garden of Forking Paths online.
Oh sure there are a lot of people talking about how interesting it could be online and how it should have been done online, but there's only one site that I found that actually puts this idea into practice.
I'm kind of disappointed actually. I was really looking forward to seeing what people had done.
Though I did find that other artists have been inspired by the story. There was an art exhibit named after it and whoever posted the video didn't do a very good job so I didn't bother linking it, but the idea was kind of interesting (though it seemed to have little to do directly with the story) and another artist wrote a song or named a whole album after the story.
Other than that I couldn't find anything. I don't like to give up so I'll search a little more tonight and perhaps give it a go tomorrow, but I thought there would be more.

I'm in the same HyperBoat. Nothing really significant. Maybe we should email Stuart.
